How it Works
Qualifying Conditions in Virginia?
Providers can issue a written card certification for any patient with a medical condition that they believe can be managed with a card.
Individuals with medical conditions that alter their ability to function or reduce their quality of life should book an appointment with a registered provider to discuss their symptoms. Providers can then determine the treatment value for their specific condition(s).
