In 2021, Dr. Marsh took an unconventional turn in his medical journey, founding ReThink-Rx, where he dedicates himself to educating, supporting, and certifying patients for medical cannabis.

Mark Parker, PMHNP-BC, MSN is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of healthcare experience. Mark holds advanced degrees in Mental Health Counseling, Nursing, and Psychology. Mark has extensive experience working with patients across the lifespan and specializes in Cognitive and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Mark is a US Navy veteran and was educated at Wilkes University, Marymount University, Old Dominion University, Blueridge CTC School of Nursing, and US Navy Hospital Corpsman School. For Mark, every patient contact is an opportunity to help someone find the relief they need.
